At Gorgeous Prom Dress Selection, we want you to shine on your special night; if your gown isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original security tags and packaging attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gown

  Carefully fold the dress into its original protective garment bag and place it inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
